Tomasz Stefański co-founded Piktogram in 2001 and is responsible for its Polish wing. He has also served as chief editor of the Kurier Słubicki and artistic director of the cultural centre Smok. Since 2005 he has been head of Piktogram's studio on the German-Polish border.
